Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Löwecode LLC processes information when you visit this website or submit an inquiry. It takes effect on October 26, 2026.

Information you submit

The contact form requests your name, email, subject, and message. You may also provide an organization and select a software domain. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or confidential material in an inquiry.

Submitted information passes through our Cloudflare Worker and is sent to admin@lowecode.com using the Gmail API and our Google Workspace mailbox. Your email is used as the reply destination. The form does not subscribe you to a mailing list.

Request and security information

Cloudflare processes requests to deliver and protect the website. This can include IP information, request URLs, timestamps, browser headers, and security signals. The contact service uses an IP value during Turnstile verification and derives protected rate-control identifiers from IP and email values to restrict abusive submissions.

Our application failure logs contain operation names, HTTP status codes, and sanitized error identifiers. They exclude visitor details, IP values, message contents, and credentials. Cloudflare infrastructure logs may separately contain request metadata under its service settings.

Why information is processed

We process inquiries to respond to questions and discuss potential services. Technical information is processed to deliver pages, prevent spam and automated abuse, enforce submission controls, and diagnose service failures.

Turnstile and service providers

The contact page loads Cloudflare Turnstile when messaging is available. Turnstile evaluates technical signals, including IP information, browser characteristics, and the website origin, to distinguish visitors from bots. Cloudflare also processes these signals to improve its bot detection. See the Turnstile Privacy Addendum and Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

Google processes inquiry messages through Gmail and Google Workspace. The website also requests DM Sans and Manrope from Google Fonts, which transmits font requests and technical request information, including your IP, to Google. Further information appears in the Google Privacy Policy and Google Fonts privacy information. Provider processing may take place in countries other than your own.

Cookies and browser storage

Our website application does not set advertising cookies, include analytics trackers, or save form entries in local or session storage. Form and verification state are maintained in the current page. Browser autofill is controlled by your browser.

Cloudflare security services may use cookies or comparable browser storage depending on the active service configuration. For example, Cloudflare can issue a cf_clearance cookie when challenge pre-clearance is enabled. The contact application itself does not configure pre-clearance. See Cloudflare’s cookie information. Blocking security scripts or storage may prevent verification or form submission.

Retention and deletion

The contact application does not maintain a separate inquiry database or set an automatic mailbox deletion period. Inquiries and subsequent correspondence may remain in Google Workspace under the mailbox’s retention, backup, and deletion settings. Technical log retention depends on Cloudflare’s configuration and service policies.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information associated with an inquiry, email admin@lowecode.com. We will review the request subject to applicable law and any record-preservation obligations. We may request information to verify your identity and locate the records concerned.

Security

The production website uses HTTPS. The contact service validates input, verifies Turnstile tokens on the server, screens automated submissions, restricts the email recipient, and applies rate controls. Email credentials remain on the server. No method of transmission or storage can guarantee absolute security.

Send privacy questions to admin@lowecode.com. Revisions will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Any notice or consent required by applicable law will be provided when required.

Terms of Use

These terms govern general access to the Löwecode LLC website and take effect on October 26, 2026. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Permitted use

You may view the website to learn about the company and contact us about potential services. Use it lawfully and respect the rights of others. Do not submit malicious code, impersonate another person, send spam, attempt unauthorized access, evade security controls, or interfere with the website or its providers.

Information and availability

Website content is general company information. It may change or contain errors or omissions. Descriptions of capabilities are not a commitment to supply a product or service. Any professional services, deliverables, or commercial obligations require a separate agreement. We may update, suspend, or discontinue website features.

Third-party resources

External websites and services operate under their own terms and policies. A reference does not transfer responsibility for their content or availability to Löwecode LLC. Review the provider’s terms before using its services.

Intellectual property

Website use does not grant a license to reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit company branding or protected content, except as permitted by law or written authorization. Third-party materials remain subject to their applicable licenses.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this informational website is provided as available, without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted or error-free access. Löwecode LLC does not warrant the completeness of published information.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Löwecode LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from website use or inability to access it. These terms do not exclude or restrict liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

Governing law and revisions

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise. Changes will be published here with an updated effective date. Questions may be sent to admin@lowecode.com.
